You may get the error message when trying to send email:

- Open Outlook Express, and click the Tools menu
- Next click on Accounts
- Then select your mail account and click Properties
- Click the Advanced tab
- Remove the checks from the boxes This server requires a secure connection for both Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3).
