I have been using Shaw Secure for quite a while now and it has worked very well for me so far. The new interface makes it much easier to navigate around.
By default Windows 7 does NOT include an email client. Users must choose a client to use. Microsoft suggests Windows Live Mail (which is a substandard replacement for Windows Mail).
